Top 10 Stress Busters For Peace Of Mind
These are the top 10 stress busters I do whenever I start to feel stressed out.
- I cant figure everything out, sometimes I get lost searching on the web for answers! This tends to stress me out…So, I put my laptop down and get myself moving whether it be making a snack and getting hot green tea, OR even taking a walk outside to get the mail. I may feed the dog, play with the dog, or put my feet in the pool water. Get your blood flow moving and it will get your mind off whatever it was that stressed you out. You need to move your body baby!
- Get outdoors and look at nature. Invigorate your senses with the trees, birds chirping or squirrels playing. Look up at the sky! It will captivate and help to relieve any negative vibes. Breathe in a few breaths and look at all the abundance around you. You are blessed, and it could be worse. Take a moment to reflect and be thankful.
- Put your favorite music playlists on and start dancing! Your favorite tunes will get you in the mood to dance and sing! Get happy.
- Do some breathing exercises in through the nose and out the mouth. Breathe in positivity and release negativity. I hold each breathe for about 5 seconds. You can do longer if you like. These breathing techniques will send more oxygen to your brain and boost your endorphins.
- Write a list of 5 things you are grateful for and meditate for a minute or two on each one and feel good about it. Hold your hand to your heart while doing this.
- Take your supplements!
- Vision the rest of the day how you want it to end. You can vision a wonderful evening with your husband or family and or vision a success and a beautiful tomorrow.
- Exercise! Do a you tube workout video to make yourself feel good.
- Put a mask and do a facial! Your skin is beautiful and it matters!

Why I wanted to start a blog.
One reason I like blogging is because it gives me an outlet to express myself and just be me, without any expectations or limitations. It gives me a sense of Joy knowing how many people will actually be reading my blog posts and possibly learning from them on a whole new level. I have had many experiences in my life and lived in many places. It’s with these experiences good and bad is what I have learned to be grateful for. I wouldn’t be the person I am today, if it weren’t for those experiences. I grew with each and everyone of them and the people that were placed on my path also taught me a few things. My wish is for you to resognate endearment with each blog post I write and apply it with grace in your own life. We are all on this journey called “Life” and together we can lift one another up to be the best version of ourselves in all that we do and say physically, mentally and spiritually.
